trouble with push notifications

hello

have iphone 3gs.
unlocked , jailbroken cydia.
problem don't notifications of messages in facebook, e-mail , whatsapp.
them whenever reopen apps. when dont shut them down , let phone go in standby don't receive messages.
when push test those.
there els wrong?
