at&t has determined in top 5% of monthly data consumption users, has not defined in specific terms (either in kilobytes of megabytes) how monthly data usage arbitrarily consider much. , if genuinely defined “unlimited data plan”, should not matter.

under 2-year contract at&t’s grandfathered “unlimited data plan”. pay on time each , every month signed, committed, , contracted wireless service. have paid upgrade handset iphone 4s express purpose optimizing data speeds , enhancing data performance.

at&t banners “network of possibilities” offering 2 layers of network technology deliver 4g or “fourth-generation wireless” speeds encompass hpsa+ (high speed packet access plus) , lte (long term evolution) wireless technologies. yet, at&t limiting data invoking “bandwidth throttling” and/or “bandwidth capping” @ rates considerably less accepted 3g speeds.

“unlimited” defined merriam-webster as:

1. lacking controls : unrestricted
2. boundless, infinite

believe at&t has knowingly misled customer base falsely offering “unlimited data plan” capture market-share. compensate, at&t imposing intentional , substantial data limits. believe at&t has oversubscribed network capabilities while failing upgrade network capacities support current market demand. customers left holding-the-bag because at&t has failed in proper “capacity planning” , “capacity execution” of network.
