need do, find photo (or take 1 yourself) of areas police, fire , ambulance vehicles.

below pics standard of new zealand, meaning wherever go in nz, vehicle decals remain same there 1 fire service, 1 police service , 1 ambulance service (although regions may have additional emergency medical services).
