How can I get my iPhone 4 camera lens replaced?

hi everyone! i'm sorry in advance if question has been beat death already.

iphone 4 camera lens scratched. though rest of pretty scratch free. keep in mind don't use case. @ first, didn't' bother me, scratches kept on happening, can't take picture. looks blurry. tried see if replacing backplate replace lens, turns out doesn't.

know of way of getting fixed? or how costs? want take apple , have them it, rather myself @ home.
