Battery life early 2011 MBP 13

i'm getting 3-1/2 4 hours when indicator in menu bar turns red denoting 15% left. maybe 4 4-1/2 hours if pushed things until automatic sleep.

general use: safari no flash, ms office. sounds off.

display dimmed 4 notches below max

osx lion w/ssd.

91% health w/69 cycles. apple's battery faq implies don't need calibrate model mbp. (although have before no different results).

so... given these light usage habits, i'm thinking @ least 6 hours reasonable expectation - full hour less apple touts.

i'm wondering though (and main reason i'm starting battery thread), keeping idle copy of win7 running under parallels eat of this? if it's sitting there on desktop , not being used?

yes, using vm eat cpu resources.
