Adobe Elements registration code problems...Help!!

hi there. don't know if here can me @ all.

have old copy of adobe elements 2.2 bought years (2003 think), , in past i've managed quite transfer on new machine in past, not time around. got original start disk , tried install onto old mac running 10.4.11 , when input adobe registration code i'm finding haven't got enough numbers fill whole form weird reason.

i've been on , on again , yet reg code doesn't seem have enough numbers despite having took screen grab of registration numbers when last inputed onto old machine years back.

have 20 numbers , yet form wants 24? doing wrong. registered bought copy adobe online in 2003, able me, or has time passed now? don't want new copy mac old can't handle it.
