iPad stands with adjustable height?

why aren't there ipad stands have adjustable height elevate eye level?

it's easier on neck stare straight ahead when watching movies or reading comics. best find these 2 stands...

i've never used it, looks interesting. picture shows desk clamp, looks can use stand instead.
