iPad Boot Tethered with iPad 1, iOS 5.1, but Safari Crashes?

so have ipad 1 tethered jailbreak. boot tethered, safari crashes upon launch springboard or multitasking tray. else working cydia, mail, , other apple apps every third-party app.

problem? not booting tethered correctly? i'm using redsn0w 0.9.10b6b on mac. there newer version of resn0w or (i didn't see on dev-team blog)? else run problem?

need resolved because i've found virtually third-party browsers not reliable on ipad 1 on ios 5.1, , safari stable, can't use it!

 

a rejailbreak on initial jailbreak using redsn0w fixed it.

still wonder problem was...
