Annoying mail issue: Sends/receives from different accounts

so have 2 accounts on mail app, lets call them 1 , 2. 1 main one, i've set automatically send one. they're both gmail. if reply craigslist ad clicking email link (which 90% of sent emails mail app), it'll send account 1. when person replies, says 1) sent original email account 2, 2) email sent account 2, , 3) when reply, automatically sends account 2.

do? it's extremely annoying, , end using account 2 of time because can't work properly. both accounts receive email fine, , 90% of email , don't reply account 1.

 

delete both accounts , setup again, making sure check default account on primary address wish use. have 2 accounts , whatever icloud address appears in list first....i have switch primary account before sending....no big deal annoying @ times.
