Page width on mobile MR

is problem iphone, or mr mobile?

when scroll vertically, jerks right because page 2-3 pixels wider screen. bug in mac rumors design wrong, or phone rendering pixels no reason, allowing horizontal scrolling?

want horizontal scrolling disabled on mr mobile when zoomed out way.
