Outlook 2011 Meeting time problems

i have computer having problems displaying correct meeting times in outlook 2011 version 14.1.14. user has 4 devices uses e-mail. machine , outlook sent eastern time zone when meeting request in shows in central time. when request sent locally test eastern time machine still shows in central time on either machine. machines have been checked , verified in eastern time. ideas?
