have 2011 13" macbook pro i5/4gb/ssd , experiencing constant hanging/freezing/beachball issue occurring multiple times day whilst running firefox/chrome (most frequently, used application) heavier applications installing applications dvd & running vlc.
pre-occurrence noticed whilst running chrome - windows load "aw snap" page. otherwise mac begins beachball, macbook heats , fans go full throttle bit, comes temperature , continues nothing @ until reboot it.
have run disk utility multiple times - first time found something, every time since nothing. memtest shows fine. apple hardware test shows fine. last resort have attempted 'windows' solution doing clean install doesnt seem have helped either!
appreciate suggestions
edit: resolved having ssd replaced.
take in activity monitor , console, see happening.
errors?
os running?
maybe time more ram?
update adobe flash latest version.
