Since unlimited is throttled at 2GB, who is going to switch to ATTs new $30/3GB plan?

of course has seen new at&t data plans coming out sunday, seeing new prices , data amounts brings important question:

since at&t legacy users "unlimited" data plans ($30/mo) throttled after mere 2gb of data near useless speeds, why not spend same amount , 3gb on new plan instead of 2gb on old "unlimited" plan???

here set on making switch new 3gb plan data?

 

guess seems rather quiet jailbreak coming out...

either or people don't want accept / admit change?
