16.15.00 5.0.1 - Unlock?

i've got 3gs , i've managed jailbreak , applied 06.15.00 baseband. didn't realise ultrasn0w wouldn't show in cydia , wouldn't able unlock....

there way can downgrade ios 4.1.0? know can't adjust baseband.. want unlock thing.

i'd appreciate
