Problem mail format with Gmail setup as MS Exchange

i have gmail account set ms exchange account on iphone 4s running ios5. part, works great. however, notice after send message formatting looks this:

there setting in gmail or ios fix issue? seems if there adding carriage returns or in it. me looks extremely unprofessional. tried , sent same email @me.com account , looks perfect. help!

 

apple mail has huge issue!!!! sme symptom:

have account in mail set exchange account (google apps). if try send email, wraps line 64 characters. emails on receiving end horrible!

if set same account imap account, don’t have same wrapping issue.

awful , yes run latest ios 5.1!
