in morning i'm going purchase 09 macbook found on craigslist.
seems honest seller, listed come with, condition, etc etc.

• all software on computer? not legal unless comes licenses keys , original media. , @ may not bale transferred. , none of software says comes cds/dvds.
• mountain lion isn't legal him hand out no matter what.
• 88 charge cycles meaningless, it's battery capacity means something.

with of above., have considered getting refurbished macbook pro 13" $1019 apple store? way you'd have 1 year warranty , option applecare.

in short $750 seems computer that's on 2 years old , sold in $999 $1199 range (depending on exact options). since none of software selling listing tro legal copies.
