iCal Bug

i've posted thread on subject before, without response...

basically, i'm having issue reminders in ical popping several minutes @ least half hour after time event set start. ical set automatically create reminders 5 minutes prior beginning of new event. when calendar synced icloud , iphone, alarms pop fine in phone, still delay on mac. know deal be?
