Time Capsule multi-boot

here's setup:
mbp (early 2011 - i5 4gb 320gb hdd)
time capsule (2nd gen 500gb)
mbp running latest lion , latest snow leopard. lion used primarily, , has latest iwork, ilife , adobe cs5. snow has ppc/rosetta stuff, games. snow disk usage 9gb, lion 38gb, 27gb itunes library.

problem:
when time machine backup on either os, th next time run other os, have full backup. assume has wireless mac or something. can confirm and/or instruct me on solution?

 

hmm, it's based on machine uuid, same os-wide. might able around problem splitting time capsule drive in two..one each set of os's per computer. point each os respective partition.
