Server randomly losing new user accounts

we have 2 sl servers (10.6.8). 1 od master , other holds replica.

recently, created new user account new employee. started having problems employee being unable log in or connect shares. if reboot server, user can log in (for while).

when user can't login, looking @ workgroup admin on od master, account there. on od replica, it's gone. if "refresh" wa, account shows up, user still can't log in. reboot replica server, , user can log in , account shows in wa without having "refresh". after amount of time (less 24 hours) problem returns, same issue...

@ first thought there sort of communication problem between servers, don't think there is. when it's not working , account missing in wa on replica server, if make change user account on od master server (like change picture icon of user or other info in account), go replica server , start wa , refresh account shows up, change there! if make more changes @ point, changes immediate on both servers. so, talking.

ideas? driving me crazy why it's happening, why restarting replica server fixes it, , why stops working again after day or so.

 

do have matches? try setting on fire!
