embarrassed ask because should common sense.

if restore ipad , if want transfer on settings(app, music, settings), choose option 'restore from...' rather start 'ipad new'?

hear lot in forum never done myself. restore , start on fresh.

 

yes, whatever on device @ time of backup restore transferred if use "restore from" option.
