Mobile Sync? Bloated SSD

i have bloated ssd.

stores apps , system files yet using 31gb?!?!

downloaded daisy disk , tells me in library > application support > mobile sync .. have backups of 11.3gb ..

hell , can rid of it?

 

i believe folder iphone backups. can delete them if backup using icloud.
