iPhone 3. delete music from ipod and put new stuff in

i have iphone 3. got 107 songs on it. getting bored seams play same old stuff on & over. stuff never gets played.

want wipe songs off , create new playlist, favorate stuff.

using (windows) laptop. (i have tried doing on imac, too).

think have 2 problems, firstly cannot remove existing stuff, secondly have no idea how put new stuff on. (reluctantly) using itunes, worst bit of software have ever used!

there step step guide on net, or can somebody, please tell me how it. have absolutly no idea how got stuff onto initially!

 

connect phone computer , should bring itunes. delete don't want phone , add you'd like. easy-peazy!
