iFrogz Summit vs. STM FitFolio?

i've narrowed cases down these 2 (so far).
had rule out switcheasy canvas, tobalino 2 , several others because of clips on cases- use wireless keyboard w/ ipad 90% of time , put right against ipad (i don't have lot of room work with) , little clip on cover / stand keep keyboard sitting infront of ipad. these 2 can find w/o same clip.

so, of have used / seen them - better? , why? or why not other? (and if there similar ones again w/o clip i'm ears!)

also- how flat lay when cover wrapped way around? incase book jacket not lie flat , drives me nuts.
