icns to rsrc in lion

has found program convert .icns files .rsrc works lion? used use icns2rsrc powerpc application , no longer works , hasn't been updated. programs others use? i'm sure can guess i'm trying convert icons i've made proper format change icons on dock. they're stuck grey , wanted change them purple , gold theme! =(

if there's not program out there, there possibly website this? i'd prefer program can work offline if need be.
