How to install Lion on a new hard drive?

i ordered ssd , i'm planning swap old one. question is, how can install lion new hard drive? can install old hard drive 1 new me. should start? should do?

if have recovery partition, create lion installer on usb flash memory thumb drive or other hdd:
os x lion: lion recovery
lion recovery disk assistant

since don't know, mac have, os x 10.8 mountain lion sub-forum, maybe guide can't @ all, if don't want clone hdd ssd (which not recommended anyway, clean install recommended when getting ssd):
