Converting swf to anything usable

normally pretty resourceful. life of me haven't found free or cheap let me this. know of can download , done lion? lets keep under $100.

 

tried after effects. first frame turns 50% opaque still on whole video on render. audio doesn't come through either. file fine in premiere no audio. adobe steaming pile of crap.
