1 Password upgrade breaks Safari

i'm running lion 10.7.3 on imac , macbook air.

upgrade 1password latest build (3.8.16) on imac last week didn't use safari on until yesterday when noticed safari opens blank spinning beachball??

not major problem i've been using air..... when upgrade 1password on air, safari stops working , same issue.

firefox works fine.

ideas? can't find solutions on web.
