Terrible resolution

i have missing here, , looking help.

picked mac mini base, , connected 1 of monitors on current pc dual monitor set-up (nvidia gforce 9800gt graphic card). usuing 2 hp w2207h, both set on 1680x1050, , hooked mini using hdmi cable.

side side mini looks absolutely terrible, font seems way off, , not crisp pc. graphics card isn't new, base mini card bad? switched hdmi cables, switched monitors, changed monitior settings, in end, no luck font/images don't clear.

advice?

 

i think fixed on own, turns out there small amount of underscan being applied.....turning off made huge difference.
