Apple LED Cinema or Apple Thunderbolt Display

what difference between apple led cinema or apple thunderbolt display?
i'm going take 1 of them watching tv

 

the atd has 1 firewire 800, 1 gigabit ethernet , 1 thunderbolt port, while acd has 3 usb 2.0 ports (as atd has too).
@ least found via quick search.

, atd works 2011 macs.
acd works (m)pd capable devices out there, of there aren't many. need powered converter boxes ones atlona.
