Adobe Products saying Scratch/Start-up Disk is full, but I have over 400 free GB.

i working in illustrator, , went move photoshop illustrator. message popped photoshop, illustrator, , lightroom, saying in variation scratch disk full.

tried reading on it, , said because hard drive full. checked out , have on 400gb free. can't it. tried going ps , purging scratch disk, didn't either.

if knows how fix this, amazing.

edit: tried partitioning disk, , setting scratch disk, , still isn't working.

 

did try uninstalling , reinstalling adobe suite kicks error , thats way have been able remove error.
