over past few days, have been having strange new issue atv2 won't respond remote after waking sleep.
watch netflix, , after show ends , atv returns show description, turn tv off.
next day, turn tv on , wake atv pressing button. until last weekend, every thing has worked here. now, when try use menu button navigate show, nothing happens.
see activity light blink every button click, nothing happens. try holding menu button return main menu, nothing happens.
on 1 occasion, rather being locked up, able move couple of spots within netflix menu before got stuck ( think had highlighted "recently viewed" hadn't selected yet).
way have found normal hold down + menu buttons until atv reboots - again showing remote sending signals. after reboot seems fine until next day.
thing can think of explain sort of delay in communicating netflix, since starting off within menu, seem alike should still able main menu.
i'm using wired ethernet aebs , fios internet connection.
ever seen this?
have tried replacing battery in remote? possible it's getting weak work properly.
and/or, have ios device apple remote app? if so, atv2 still act when using remote?
