hello everyone!
i'm planning on buying new ram imac. have been researching past few days on ram , because kind of newbie in subject. understand basic stuff when comes phrases "pins, cas latency, if computer won't able support" , price range ddr3 rams differs lot.
i'm looking @ 8gb-12gb max 16gb rams video editing, animation , kind of stuff. own 2009 imac 20'' has 2gb of ram , it's real pain in ass me. can't render clips normally.
if write suggestions, tips or links appreciated.
p.s. can post tech spechs. tell me needed, didn't want spam long list.

@ newegg or amazon or crucial or corsair 204-pin ddr3 so-dimm pc8500 ram, should cost around 50 usd 2 4 gb modules.
btw, rendering more dependent on cpu, unless mean preview render in ae.
