Overwhelmed by jailbreaking

okay... jb phone i'm overwhelmed figuring out now. want fun theme , lock screen clock , weather on it. don't understand these parts of cydia. changes? packages? there girly themes?

 

winterboard helps theme phone. if google around, should able find sources can add; they'll have more themes.
