Changing Apple ID?

using apple devices, have purchased app on iphone , ipad too, want change apple id, have confusion need clarified, if change apple id think wont able access purchased app , ask me purchase again? please give disadvantages of changing apple id, if there no disadvantage how change safely?

 

you can change applied.apple.com. changing there won't have disadvantages, creating new 1 will.

tip: if want change @me account, can't.
