as i've posted in here before, i've been getting random kernel panics , freezes. (mouse moves, won't interact anything) well, i've done clean install of lion, uninstalled apps, , problem has reduced. grabbed screenshot of happens before freezes occur. (sometimes minutes before, goes away , doesn't freeze)

picture two: shows how weird pixels don't stick same spot of screen, move same spot appears on desktop. (it doesn't stay @ spot 2, instead goes spot 1)
also, when change wallpapers, goes away. ideas?

clearly problem not software related. if had guess i'd graphic card @ serious risk of dying 1 moment another, , these continuos freezes , kernel panics not sign. i'd have "genius" take @ asap. warranty expired?
