hey, have ipod touch 1st gen problem. did factory reset on , try connect computer , wont connect or charge. tried doing reset on ipod home , power button , apple logo never popped up. tried uninstalling , reinstalling itunes , nothing works. have ideas?!
there 2 things can try. three.
1. switch usb cords
2. change usb input
3. reboot computer, if nothing , else fails, call apple. though device old, free diagnostic , tell if wrong!
