Subler and audio tracks

thanks largely many posts here on mr, have ripped bd of star wars handbrake. encoded file plays flawlessly on new apple tv 3 , in itunes. however, when use subler add metadata , apply hd tag, resulting file has mixed audio tracks one. in other words, main audio track, audio commentaries, etc play simultaneously. have tried multiple settings combos, can't figure out. thoughts?

 

are using beta release of subler? if so, i'd try stay away since can contain bugs. i've come across few myself , use add 1080p hd tag on 1080p encodes , that's it, rest of metadata tagging on stable release.

problem sounds audio streams check marked on subler. so, open movie file in subler , make sure video track, , main aac audio track checked. nothing else should checked, unless have subtitle tracks. if so, first subtitle track needs checked.
