How do I delete an iPad in "Find My Phone" app??

got new ipad , gave old 1 hubby. reset settings , gave him factory settings. today, checking new ipad worked find phone , default ipad listed old ipad 2. how delete ipad 3 1 showing , husband can use apple id on old one?

 

if remember correctly, swipe across old 1 , hit delete. may need via web interface.
