Found lost iPod Touch (Need your help)

hi guys,
around black friday (november 25th) found 4th generation ipod touch in local parking lot. locked passcode. contacted apple , sent email out original owner informed me didn't complete registration of ipod. ive searched craigslist , local posts find owner no luck . owner need help. how can ipod find owners info?

 

if sent email out original owner don't understand why owner hasn't contacted you. did give apple email addy?
