other issue is, cant mentally wait ivy bridge, if worth it, can hold out. guesstamation y'all, think ivy bridge bringe important updates t table, including screen fix , better price point, or god willing, better performance less money?
college student, game, on xbox, love having machine power.(like having stupid nice car, cant use fast engine go 120+ nice have.) playing sc2, tor, modded glitchfare 2, dirt 3, , warhammer. should 21.5" 2.7ghz quad-core intel core i5 imac job? or want upgrade 2.8 i7?

ivy bridge bring gpu update gaming. guess it's matter of how of gain seen there. on desktop end, cpu upgrades don't great. if wishes mention lower tdp, predominantly on top cpus seen in 27" imac assuming maintain similar configuration options. i5 vs i7 means nothing gaming. 2 mentioned hyperthreading enabled vs disabled. in many cases people disable hyperthreading when gaming anyway because can cause weird behavior there.
