Serial number not identified? WTF?

i have apple wireless keyboard. bought in 2011 in country. well, spacebar having trouble. also, disconnects new batteries.

when enter serial number in apple's page, doesnt recognizes! whats wrong??

this serial number: 331110h28848a or 33111oh28848a.
can me?

let me state @ outset not own apple wireless keyboard. however, not expect apple keyboard yours. specific, powdered coating not right. also, serial number not right. in particular, third "8" spaced differently, shaped differently, , larger first 2 8s.

question is: how know keyboard apple keyboard?
