Looking for recommendations for SSDs for Macbook 5,1 (Unibody, Late 08)

i'm looking recommendations ssds macbook 5,1.

had in mind intel 320 120gb / crucial m4, not figure out whether work or not in specific macbook model searching net.

i have heard things both of those. don't think go wrong either. it's worth, put m4 64gb in macbook unibody (2010) , works great!

2 drives mentioned 2 heard things in regards mac's , osx.

difference (correct me if i'm wrong) 320 sata ii (3gbps) , m4 sata iii (6 gbps).
