FaceTime

my facetime working till recently, has asked me sign in, do.... asks me email use friends see. goes verify details. verifies goes , says "the server encountered error processing registration. please try again later" have tried last week! loose faith in apple please me!

 

it has been doing me, also. i've tried logging office apple community can't that--after log in id , password, asks me create new username , warns me have one!
finally, main support page told me unavailable. has apple been hacked?
