Can't figure out how to have iPhone not want to "erase all content"

this pissing me off.

have new 4s. have new mba. did backup/restore of iphone 4 4s, want through itunes gives me

"if sync, apps phone erased , replaced ones on computer" or same message, music.

why impossible have iphone work more 1 computer? how can fix this?
