i use desktop mac not long ago, fact becoming professional computer, need new laptop personal use. hoping macbook air, or thirteen inch macbook pro. plan, though, on waiting presumed updates these devices expected year. problem though in storage. predictions have ssd, , it, budget fifteen year old, expensive. prefer have ssd though, , need solution storage problem. on 6 years of using itunes, i've downloaded little less 2 hundred gbs in content. 140 gbs of television shows. don't watch of them more, since did pay them, i'd prefer not rid of them. sadly, don't think able store on new laptop, ssd storage small money. advice? videos somewhere , access them when want them? keep music , movies onto new computer, leave of tv shows behind.
yeah, can "delete" files itunes library, move files external drive. drag them on itunes whiles holding option key. way, files added library without being copied music folder. can use them when de drive connected.
said, don't think macbooks going ssd. there still lot of life left in hdd. on budget seem be.
may ask mean professional laptop since 15?
