Selling a subsidized iphone 4s?

i bought factory unlocked 4s , need sign contract through att.

if buy iphone att contract, can switch sim card unlocked , sell subsidized phone? there problems phone or buyer's? att need informed using different phone?

 

you don't "have" sign contract. can activate service unlocked device on at&t no-commit month month agreement.
