my employer has license agreement apple, i've had couple of conference calls corporate marketing , r&d. mentioned have room (or 2) in office includes products (electronic or otherwise) apple licensed products, devices. keep of old ones on site can keep compatibility previous generation products, , test them against older products.
i'm sure when deciding form/factor new ipad, had same in mind in terms of cases , accessories. when our ipad's on friday, we'll realize ipad2 cases not hardshell (including tpu's) should fit little no issue.
think camera hole shouldn't issue. it's bigger in diameter, of cases allow it, less empty space around lens opening. guess apple has kept same anchor point camera position.
ones in question hardshell cases (polycarbonate or hard plastic). have feeling fit bit more snug. we'll know in less 48 hours, think it's safe bet based on know of apple's regression testing.
agreed, soft material - fake leather, etc should fine...anything has injection molded , "snaps on" need redesign.
