used 2011 mini on the way .. questions on OS?

i picked 1 , being shipped ...

have few questions ...

since new prefer new os install, have buy os or on hd somewhere can send factory settings , go?

since coming pc paranoid using preinstalled os's ... keyloggers , such scare crap out of me. want able sleep @ night knowing safe.

if have snow leopard 10.6.3 disk, should install , buy lion os on apple account?

thoughts?

 

it have recovery partition:
os x lion: lion recovery
lion recovery disk assistant


, 10.6.3 dvd not work, not have drivers 2010 , 2011 macs.
