App similar to Apptivator

hi all

looking app allow me bind actions opening , closing of apps.
e.g. when open alarm clock app automatically sets iphone airplane mode.

there out there allow me that?

tried apptivator lets me set airplane mode on alarm clock app need double click app icon first.
