this may dumb , total newbie question (i never rip dvd's) i'm trying digitize of older dvd releases have @ home in hopes of clearing space. i've been using handbrake apple tv 2 setting on whatever defaults , 1 thing i'm noticing that, after ripping dvd, picture size small (let's less 1/4 of screen size on 21 imac). there reason why happens? when stretch out picture fill whole screen won't "pixely" way?
there way make actual picture size bigger or normal part of dvd ripping?
i'd keep files itunes/idevice compatible can transfer them around if need be.
reason ask cause i've seen dvd rips of movies in past had bigger picture....am doing wrong actual ripping process these dvd's or normal?
the resolution of imac screen way higher 480 lines dvd has. example imac 1080. viewing digital movie @ 100% resolution make 1/4 of screen.
view correctly on atv.
